Fourth edition of 500 minutes of collective intelligence focused on AI and IoT in agriculture

From the 25th to the 27th of July, the International Students Club, in collaboration with the International Student Office, Student Organizations, Leadership and Engagement, the School of Collective Intelligence, the Collective Intelligence Consortium, the International Association of Students in Agricultural and Related Sciences, and the Climate Awareness Club, held the 4th edition of 500 Minutes of Collective Intelligence under the theme “Smart Farming – Leveraging IoT and AI for Precision Agriculture in Africa” at UM6P Campus in Rabat.

The three-day event brought together 140 students and young professionals from across Morocco to explore the role of data-driven technologies in advancing African agriculture. Through workshops, mentorship sessions, and an innovation challenge, participants co-developed practical solutions addressing real farming challenges, fostering a new generation of actors committed to sustainable agriculture and climate resilience
