iCoRa united researchers for Africa’s future
Last week, the iCoRa Student Club, in collaboration with CEDOC, and SOLE (Student Organizations, Leadership, and Engagement), hosted the “Building Bridges and Navigating Research at UM6P - Collaborative Research and Innovation and Fostering Cross-Disciplinary Synergy in Africa.” at Benguerir campus.
The event gathered 67 students interested in research and innovation, along with Master’s students, professors, postdoctoral researchers, and PhD candidates from various disciplines. It offered a platform for discussions on breaking down research silos to encourage cross-disciplinary collaboration in addressing Africa’s challenges.Speakers emphasized mentorship's role as a training tool and a pathway for exposure, networking, and professional growth.
