TechniX engaged Benin’s industrial sector in maintenance dialogue

On the 24^th and 25^th of June, TechniX and the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Benin held a seminar on maintenance management at Hôtel Azalaï in Cotonou.

The event brought together approximately 40 participants from Benin's wood, cotton, gas, and milling industries. The seminar focused on transitioning from reactive to proactive maintenance approaches to enhance industrial performance. Discussions highlighted maintenance management as a factor in operational competitiveness. Participants expressed interest in future collaborations with TechniX, particularly regarding operational excellence systems and maintenance management strategies.
