UM6P hosting the Federal Councillor Mr. Guy Parmelin

On Saturday, 14th October, University Mohammed VI Polytechnic was delighted to host Mr Guy Parmelin - Federal Councillor and Head of the Federal Department of Economic Affairs of Economy, Education and Research, accompanied by His Excellency Mr. Guillaume Scheurer – Ambassador of Switzerland to Morocco and a delegation of officials and representatives from the Ecole Polytechnique Federale de Lausanne EPFL, within UM6P Campus in Benguerir.

It was an opportunity for the members of the delegation to explore the vision and new projects undertaken by UM6P, while engaging in fruitful exchanges with the President Mr. Hicham El Habti, and some of the University's representatives. Within this framework, the EPFL representatives testified to the outstanding impact of the Excellence in Africa initiative, launched by EPFL and UM6P, aiming to foster scientific research across the African continent.

During this visit, the delegation had the opportunity to visit the School of Hospitality Business & Management, the new Congress Center, as well as explore the pedagogical approach of the School of Coding 1337 and the leading projects of MAScIR Foundation.
