This week, UM6P France, in collaboration with Cegos, co-created a design fiction seminar for Generali’s leadership program "Lead & Succeed." Hosted at UM6P’s Paris offices, the workshop focused on developing foresight and anticipatory skills as part of a learning expedition centered on Africa.
Participants explored UM6P’s ecosystem with Fahd Benkirane, learned about the Social Innovation Lab from Bouchra Rahmouni, engaged with startups such as Neurlateks, Akenmedical, Istya, and Agrosfer, and attended a keynote by Raphaël Liogier on "unwesternizing transitions."
On the 15th of January, the FGSES Student Activities Center (SAC) organized the third edition of the Winter Clubs Fair at the University’s Campus in Rabat.
The event brought together students and clubs to reflect on their achievements from the first semester and plan projects for the second semester, fostering connections within the campus community.

On the 17th of January, the College of Agriculture & Environmental Sciences (CAES) welcomed Mr. Youssef El Bari, Chairman & CEO of OCP Nutricrops, along with senior representatives to UM6P Campus in Benguerir.
The visit aimed to explore ways to connect agricultural research at UM6P with practical business applications. The delegation toured facilities including CAES, the African Genome Center, and the Pheno-MA Phenotyping Platform, highlighting UM6P’s advanced research capabilities in sustainable agriculture.
On the 11th of January, the Greenit student club, in collaboration with Student Organizations, Leadership & Engagement (SOLE), organized a workshop titled "Digital Innovation for Renewable Energies: Building Sustainable Solutions for Morocco" at UM6P Campus in Benguerir.
On the 16th of January, UM6P France welcomed the renowned Moroccan author and artist Mahi Binebine for a cultural evening celebrating the release of his latest novel, La Nuit Nous Emportera, and the opening of his art exhibition.
The event brought together students, researchers, and art enthusiasts to engage in discussions about Binebine’s creative journey, his works, and the themes explored in his novel and paintings. This gathering reflects UM6P France’s commitment to fostering cultural dialogue and building bridges between Europe and Africa.
