ASARI & ESAFE introducing the One Health Approach

We are delighted to announce that the One Health partnership between UM6P, OCP Foundation, and the Odyssey Conservation Trust is making great progress in promoting the integration of the One Health approach in deploying community-based projects focusing on biodiversity conservation.

In this regard, On March 15th, ESAFE in collaboration with ASARI hosted, at the ASARI center in Laâyoune, an exchange session with different stakeholders. The objective of this session was to introduce the One Health approach to all stakeholders, and better understand the challenges facing the community in Laâyoune province to address them effectively.

Additionally, on March 16th, ESAFE organized a One Health workshop for the ASARI professors and researchers to discuss the importance of adopting the One Health approach in livestock management. The discussions around the subject proved that the approach is crucial to addressing the health and economic challenges facing the livestock industry.
