Center for Remote Sensing Applications delivered MORSNOW training to representatives from OCP
On the 20th and 21st of January, the Center for Remote Sensing Applications hosted representatives from OCP for a training session on the MORSNOW project solution at the University’s Campus in Benguerir.
The session addressed water resource management challenges in mountain environments, focusing on snow modeling as a factor in forecasting water availability. The MORSNOW project developed "SDSnow," a digital platform that integrates data and advanced models to simulate snow processes and predict their impact on water resources. This initiative aims to modernize natural resource management tools through remote sensing and data science.
