Executive Education STH and OCP SBU mining held a workshop on crisis management

On the 14^th of April, the Executive Education STH, in collaboration with the HSE & WellBeing Directorate of OCP SBU Mining, organized a workshop on the Crisis Management System (CMS).

The workshop aimed to reinforce crisis response capabilities through simulation exercises, improve coordination across sites, support decision-making in high-pressure situations, and prepare teams for various crisis scenarios.The sessions were led by experts in crisis, risk, engineering, and communication, emphasizing resilience-building and practical readiness across teams.
