National Robotics Competition explored robotics in emergency response

From the 11^th to the 13^th of April, the E-Tech Student Club, in collaboration with EMINES and Student Organizations, Leadership & Engagement (SOLE), organized the 7th edition of the National Robotics Competition (NRC) at University Mohammed VI Polytechnic at its Campus in Benguerir.

The event brought together students from over 20 engineering schools across Morocco for a 24-hour hackathon under the theme “Secourisme et Sauvetage,” focused on the use of robotics in emergency response and rescue operations. Participants developed and demonstrated their prototypes, worked in teams to solve practical challenges, and presented their solutions during a final evaluation phase aimed at assessing creative and functional approaches to real-world problems.
