Students engaged in exercises to reflect on confidence and achievements

On the 11th of April, the Bliss Student Club, in collaboration with Student Organizations, Leadership & Engagement (SOLE) and the Sustainable Development Department, held a workshop titled Overcoming Imposter Syndrome at University Mohammed VI Polytechnic's Campus in Benguerir.

Led by psychotherapist Ms. Nissrine Berrhou, the session explored the psychological dimensions of imposter syndrome and introduced tools to help participants address self-doubt. Through guided discussions and interactive exercises, students reflected on strategies to strengthen self-esteem and acknowledge their personal and academic progress.
