UM6P organized the Community Week to celebrate volunteering and social impact

From the 2nd to the 5th of December, UM6P hosted the Community Week, marking International Volunteer Day and highlighting the role of volunteering in fostering inclusion, sustainability, and social impact.

The week began with a tribute to volunteers and a talk on "Youth and Volunteering: A Path to Impact," followed by a student panel sharing personal experiences and encouraging others to engage in volunteering. On Tuesday, discussions on inclusion and accessibility took center stage, featuring speakers from Centre Malaika and AMH (Amicale Marocaine des Handicapés), aligned with the International Day of Persons with Disabilities.

Wednesday’s Solidarity Fair showcased the work of cooperatives and associations, while young African leaders shared perspectives on youth-driven social transformation in Africa. The week concluded with the Rebuild Challenge Hackathon on Thursday, where students presented solutions for biodiversity preservation.
