UM6P paid a visit to Climate Impulse construction site
On the 12th of October, a delegation from University Mohammed VI Polytechnic and OCP, led by President Hicham El Habti, visited the Climate Impulse construction site, where UM6P and OCP play a key role as one of the project’s main sponsors.
The visit allowed the UM6P delegation to observe the progress on the green hydrogen-powered aircraft. They engaged with Bertrand Piccard, Raphael Dinelli, and the engineering teams, gaining insights into the advanced materials, renewable energy sources, and aerodynamics used in the design, underscoring a shared commitment to cleaner, energy-efficient solutions for aviation.
This visit highlighted UM6P’s support for the Climate Impulse project and its mission to strengthen collaborations between academia and innovative industries. Through this partnership, UM6P reinforces its dedication to advancing green technology research, addressing environmental sustainability challenges.
