THE FORGE’s first international stop connected global entrepreneur in London
On the 18th of February, UM6P, through the Entrepreneurship and Venturing Direction (DEV) and the Ibn Rochd Foundation for Science and Innovation (FIRSI), hosted a gathering at The Conduit in London, bringing together 125 leading minds from the Moroccan and African diaspora, global entrepreneurs, and innovators.
The event marked the first stop of The Forge’s international roadshow, a residency program designed to provide founders with mentorship, access to advanced infrastructure, and funding to develop ventures that integrate technological excellence with locally rooted solutions.
The evening brought together a curated cohort of senior finance executives, global investors, DeepTech researchers, and CEOs, including members of the London-Morocco Network and the Morocco-British Competencies Network. Discussions focused on technology, sustainability, and entrepreneurship, emphasizing the role of cross-border partnerships in unlocking opportunities across Africa.
