The Innovation and Entrepreneurship Lab held a training for olive value chain stakeholders
On the 29th of November, The Innovation and Entrepreneurship Lab organized a training session at UM6P campus in Benguerir for stakeholders in the olive value chain as part of the TAGDEV 2.0 project, in collaboration with 12 African universities. The session gathered 25 participants for a program focused on improving agricultural practices, boosting productivity, and adopting sustainable methods.
The training included three parallel sessions led by experts: Prof. Belkassem Boulouha, former researcher at INRA; Prof. Mohamed Rahmani, national consultant and UM6P adjunct professor; and Mrs. Zhor Lahlou, an experienced professional in the food industry and business development. The day concluded with a discussion led by Mrs. Jihane Oumato, summarizing the sessions and addressing the sector’s specific needs, with a focus on collaboration and sustainable development.
