The board members of Cargill company visiting UM6P
The direction of Entrepreneurship & Venturing hosted on thursday january 26th senior representatives from Cargill, one of the largest transporters of dry and bulk cargo, completing more than 4,500 voyages each year and a historical transporation partner of OCP Group.
This visit was the opportunity for Cargill to present the actions undertaken to making zero carbon shipping a reality both across their operations and the wider maritime industry, aligned with the U.N Sustainability Development Goals (SDGs). It was also the opportunity to learn more about OCP's sustainability strategy and immerse within UM6P campus in Benguerir including a stop by the Green Energy Park and Green Building Park. Founded in 1956 in Geneva, Cargill is a leading freight-trading organization that charterers around 650 vessels at any one time.
