RES4Africa completed the High-level managerial course on renewable energy and the energy transition in Africa
From the 15th to the 24th of October, the RES4Africa Foundation hosted the High-Level Managerial Course on Renewable Energy and the Energy Transition within University Mohammed VI Polytechnic campus in Benguerir.
Organized by RES4Africa as a knowledge partner of the Italian Government, this course was carried out in partnership with UM6P, under the auspices of the Presidency of the Council of Ministers of Italy and within the framework of the Mattei Plan for Africa. The initiative also benefited from the support of the Enel Foundation and collaboration with the Embassy of Italy in in the Kingdom of Morocco, along with the Executive Education team for its development.
Over nine days, 40 participants from African public institutions, energy companies, and research organizations were trained to support the continent’s energy transition. The curriculum covered decarbonization, renewable energy policies, regulatory frameworks, and innovations, with industry experts delivering interactive workshops and case studies to provide practical insights into renewable energy advancements.
