Signature of an agreement for the implementation of a digital information platform

The Minister of Labor and Professional Insertion, Mr. Mohamed AMKRAZ, presided, this Tuesday, May 25, 2021 in Rabat, the official signing ceremony of a cooperation agreement on the establishment of a digital platform of information on the labor market, based on artificial intelligence and big data.

This cooperation agreement was signed by Ms. Malika LAASRI, Director General of the Millennium Challenge Account-Morocco (MCA-Morocco), and Mr. Hicham EL HABTI, President of the University Mohammed VI Polytechnic (UM6P) and representative of the group "UM6P-OCP Solutions-Atlas Cloud Services", in the presence of Mr. Richard Gaynor, Resident Director of Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC) in Morocco.

Initiated as part of the activity "Employment" under the cooperation program "Compact II" concluded between the Government of Morocco and the Government of the United States of America, the development of this digital platform aims to collect and enhance different types of information and data on the labor market (trends / time series, situation of supply and demand for jobs, skills sought, training available, etc.). This platform will eventually integrate data from the national, regional and local levels.
