Social Innovation Lab co-launched second edition of FEMMPACT
On the 09th of September, UM6P’s Social Innovation Lab (SIL) co-launched the second phase of the FEMMPACT program.
Initiated by the Kingdom of Morocco and the Federal Government of Germany through the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ), and implemented by the Moroccan Agency for International Cooperation (AMCI) together with the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ), in partnership with SIL, the program builds on the success of its first edition in Ivory Coast and Senegal. This new chapter expands to Benin, Mauritania, and Togo with nine incubators joining forces to promote women’s entrepreneurship and strengthen local innovation ecosystems.
FEMMPACT II will directly support 100 women entrepreneurs through a three-stage journey, including a residential program at UM6P, which will host 18 outstanding women entrepreneurs and 9 incubator representatives, designed to co-develop support systems, share expertise, and immerse participants in the Moroccan entrepreneurial ecosystem.
