From the 14th to the 16th of November, Professor Hassan Radoine represented University Mohammed VI Polytechnic at a Business Forum organized by the World Smart City Forum (WSCF) in Nanjing, China.
The forum aimed to bring together local stakeholders, smart city networks, and business leaders to discuss the latest advancements in smart city development. Participants showcased smart city initiatives and explored potential co-development opportunities in the Middle East and Africa.
During this event, Prof. Radoine presented a new model for sustainable and smart cities, through the UM6P model, emphasizing the role of knowledge as a catalyst for developing smart territories centered around resilient human settlements. He also highlighted the work being undertaken at UM6P-Citinnov for integrated territorial planning and smart cities.
