On the 5^th of December, His Excellency Mr. Daniel Donovan, the Australian Ambassador to Morocco, visited UM6P’s Campus in Benguerir, accompanied by a delegation of Moroccan and international companies specializing in mining, industry, and technology.

The visit included tours of key facilities, such as the Geology Sustainable Mining Institute (GSMI), the Material Science and Nanoengineering (MSN) facility, and the Green Energy Park, showcasing ongoing work in sustainable mining, nanoengineering, and renewable energy. The Experimental Farm provided insights into agricultural technology and green ammonia production. Discussions also focused on the role of geo-analytical law in the region’s mining sector.

The visit emphasized opportunities for collaboration between UM6P and the delegation, fostering connections in technology, industry, and sustainability.
