Film screening and discussion focused on African humanities themes

On the 16th of December, the Learning Center, in collaboration with the Center for African Studies, organized the screening of A Thousand and One Berber Nights, a film by Mr. Hisham Aidi.

The event was part of The African Humanities Project Workshop, a joint initiative by Columbia University, University Mohammed VI Polytechnic, and Panthéon-Sorbonne University.

The screening was followed by a 20-minute discussion. Attendees explored the film’s key themes and its connection to broader African humanities.
