A training program focusing on agricultural mechanization set up by AAIT in Kenya
To launch a new generation of well-trained farmers able to lead a revolution in the agricultural sector, a training program focusing on agricultural mechanization was launched by the Kenyan government, in partnership with OCP Africa, Egerton University, and Micro Entreprise Support Program in Kenya.
Developed in collaboration with UM6P through the African Academy of Industrial Training (AAIT), this project is designed to equip farmers with the skills and tools they need to boost their productivity and profitability.
This first phase of the project involves 50 participants, with 23 women. This initiative aims to make Kenyan agriculture a more prosperous sector, where mechanization will play a key role in achieving food self-sufficiency and sustainable economic growth.
